The aim of AIsc project is the creation of easy to use Bioinformatics workflows providing functional and computational reproducibility in the area of single-cell omics. Specific focus will be done in the development of partially connected autoencoders [Alessandri et al. 2021] based methods.
The project is a collaboration between BCcore (MBC-UNITO) and Prof. Roberto Chiarle laboratory (Boston Children Hospital).
