OnToMap – Community Maps 3.0 aims at answering emerging citizens’ needs; it is proposed as an easy and efficient tool for consulting territorial data, creating personalized maps, notify local administrators about criticities and proposals concerning urban planning. Within this project we develop models and technologies supporting open data sharing, geographic information exploration and personalized suggestion of information and of Poits of Interest (recommender systems).
