The “La Casa nel Parco” (Health) project proposes health solutions such as the application of ICT technologies beyond the state of the art in the management of health processes, in telemedicine and telemonitoring, in order to support the accessibility and interoperability of information and health services, decentralization of care, rationalization of resources and improvement of care pathways. The main focus of the project is home hospitalization (OAD) in the context of the near future of the two Health and Research and Innovation Parks of Turin and Novara. The opportunity to work and develop cutting-edge technologies for two future large high-intensity hospitals allows you to rethink the OAD model right from the planning stage of hospitals and their clinical processes and paths and to contextualise it in the local health services system.
